On A Mission Monday

We have an opportunity to make a dent in obesity in America. Do you know that ~200 million Americans are overweight or obese? I know this because I am one of them. I went from 17% BMI to over 30% BMI. It didn’t happen over night, it was a slow creep process that happened over several years.

As far back as the early 1990’s my journey began. I have always been pretty active and followed on and off weight loss or fitness programs. They all worked until “life happened”. Life happens and when it does we respond how we need to at that time.

In February, I decided to commit to a program so I could be #fabfit50 by my 50th birthday. I did it and I went from over 30% BMI to 27% BMI. That may not seem like much but trust me you can definitely see the difference in my progress pictures.

The thing is, I saw the scale slowly creeping up in numbers, I knew I was getting heavier and clothes were getting tighter but it wasn’t until I saw the pictures of the back fat and love handles I had grown that I got on fire to be #fabfit50.

I am confident that either you or a loved one is in this group of 200 million with me. I would also bet that you want to do something about it. Here is where I can help. I can bring you the only all in one nutrition + fitness + rewards program that will get you the results you desire.

C’mon, what do you say? Are you ready to put a dent in obesity in America?
