When is the last time you tried something? I am going to introduce you to “Try It for 10 Minutes Tuesday”. Pick something you have been wanting to do or procrastinating doing and do it for 10 minutes.
It can be:
- Reading a book
- Doing Yoga
- Smile at each person you see
- Take the stairs
- Schedule quiet time
- Listen to a Podcast
- Enjoy your Hobby
- Exercise
- Any thing you want to do or have been putting off
Decide what you will do, when you will do it, add it to your calendar (what gets scheduled gets done) and Try It for 10 Minutes on Tuesday or each day. Then, let me know how it’s going.
