How you start your day matters. Your mindset impacts your day. The more positive your mindset the more positive results of your day.

When you wake up each day you have the opportunity to shape the day with your mindset. I practice the Mel Robbins 5 Second Rule to help me get out of bed and avoid procrastination. It is very easy to fall into the perpetual social media scroll on the phone and before you know it an hour (or more) has passed by. If I don’t leap out of bed and I notice I am procrastinating I embark on the 5 Second Rule — count backward 5-4-3-2-1 and just GO! Get up.
From there I have set the tone from the day. I am motivated and empowered and can achieve many things.
What can you do daily to affect your daily mindset and achieve what you want?
